Honeydew, cucumber and mint cooler
This refreshing drink has no need for simple syrup, honey or any additional sweeteners. The honeydew carries an appropriate sweetness level with the English cucumber and mint being excellent collaborators to this grown up drink.

Ingredients
Instructions
- Puree honeydew melon, English cucumber and mint leaves in a blender until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher.
- Add 1/2 cup fresh lime juice and 1/2 sliced English cucumber.
- Chill for 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.
- Stir well, then serve over ice, garnished with lime slices. Splash of gin optional.
